Delivery & Installation

A. Delivery Timeframe

Installation

Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:
The product is damaged upon arrival
There is a manufacturing defect
The item delivered is significantly different from what was ordered
To initiate a return or replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share photos/videos for verification
Retain original packaging
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
