Refund Policy
At The Dodiya BCM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each of our bamboo curtains and products is handmade with care, and we ensure quality checks at every stage. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@yourdodiya.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, if production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
